Synopsis
Managing people with different personalities, behaviours, work styles and mindsets, working as a team, is a constant challenge. Technical know-how is no longer enough. You require relational skills to handle your subordinates and those you report to. This course begins by exploring personal and others behaviour and the way we learn things. It deals with communication and influencing techniques. It provides tools for supervisors to be emotionally intelligent to handle the feelings of team members. The course provides a framework to be a better supervisor and lastly easy-to-apply motivation tips to keep workers’ enthusiasm level high.
