Synopsis
This course provides working executives with an easy-to-follow process for making decision. The course introduction sets the scene on making decisions, it importance, implications and associated problems. It explores some common strategies and methods used for making decisions. It enables executives make smart decisions quickly and decisively to reduce risk and maximize benefits for organization. It further explores steps to take to improve decision making and looks at the impact of decisions on ethics and values. The learning from these challenges is put to test in the last Module where executives are required to identify and synthesize alternatives in their respective areas of work and make prudent decisions that reduce uncertainties.
