Synopsis
Employees in the workplace are required to manage people. Not only are they required to manage their subordinates, it is equally important to be able to manage their superiors. This course will provide you the opportunities, tools and techniques to be a Learning Manager to develop your managerial capabilities be it managing your subordinates or your superiors. It is designed to help you raise your self-awareness and open the gateway for you to learn about yourself and others in the role of an employee dealing with people in your work place. It is about you and how you think, feel and behave in the working environment so that you can work effectively as a team, achieve common goals and get results. This stems from the strong belief that individual self-awareness and effective group working are inextricably linked. The course content will explore related aspects of self-awareness such as learning styles, facilitation, influencing styles, communication skills and emotional intelligence. As the course revolves around ‘the self’ and will be taught through a series of experiential sessions, you will only get the most out of it what you put in. This course is packed with self assessment, assessing others, fun working groups and exciting facilitated discussions.
