Synopsis
As organizations become pervasive and dominant, they also have become difficult to understand and manage. Multi-generational workforce increases organizational complexity and makes organization surprising, deceptive and ambiguous. It renders managers clueless. Today’s myopic management only captures a narrow part of organizational realities. Learning multiple perspective, or frames, is the defense against cluelessness. It provides clarity of what we are up against and what we can do to better manage generational expectations.
This program enables participants the better understand the different generations at work and their impact on complex organization. It provides participants with a frame work to better manage the different generations at workplace through organization reframing.
